GNU Free Documentation License Why do people who pride themselves on living in a free country try to force others to live the way they live? Q. There are sooo many rude, hateful people who mistreat others simply because they look, speak, behave, think differently. What's the point of living in a free country if you want everyone to do things exactly the way you do them all the time? There's a lot of little Hitlers out there. Why? Is there a pill that can be created to stop this madness? Asked by Julia - Tue Oct 20 16:39:23 2009 - - 7 Answers - 0 Comments A. Exactly!! if your known, then you're popular. and if you're popular, then your a fake bitch. THEN, if your not known, your a loser. and if your a loser, your probably real. and if your real, you probably don't have too many friends. THEN, if your open about your relationships and hookups, then your a whore. but if you don't tell people about it or you aren't ready for anything yet, then your "prude" THEN, if you have an open opinion about someone, your a bitch. and if you don't have an open opinion about people, then you talk behind everyone's back. THEN, if you don't last long in relationships, obviously your a slut. but if you do last long in relationships, no doubt you had sex right? THEN, when you only have a few guys friends,… [cont.] Answered by Amanda - Tue Oct 20 16:49:36 2009 What is the law for living in a 1 bedroom apartment in LA county? Q. My g/f and I have been living with my friend and his b/f for a couple months trying to get money together to move. The landlord said we have to leave by the end of the month or they will lose the apartment. He said there is some law that only two adults and one child can legally live in a one bedroom apartment, but I can't find that law anywhere. Does anyone have a link or a site I can use to find something more concrete? Asked by D@rKn3ss Fa771n& - Tue Jun 2 20:15:20 2009 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments A. Whether or not there is a law is irrelevant. What that landlord is really saying is these people aren't on the lease and I object. Instead of looking like a jerky landlord I am going to make up some bogus law to get these people out of my building. They absolutely can loose the apartment if you are staying there and are not on the lease. Answered by smedrik - Tue Jun 2 20:25:33 2009 Is a Living Trust still important when your assets are under a loss?
Q. With the current housing bust, the main asset our house (in my name only) is losing value day by day. And I still have not signed up for a Living Trust to help transfer my assets to my wife and children. Now I'm wondering if by signing a Living Trust I'll put undue financial burden on my wife who is currently not working. Also I want to make sure the money in the Life Insurance, Savings Account,401k and the cars go to my wife if I die. Do I still need a Living Trust for these? Can I hold off on a Living Trust until my main asset gains value? What are the risks? Just clarifying ... I totally understand the benefits of a Living Trust. My question is whether I delay getting a Living Trust until my main asset really acquires some value. Asked by Qurious - Fri Oct 12 15:22:30 2007 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. A living trust helps you to pass your estate to your children or grand children while avoiding probate (having your estate seized and going through court). Probate is a big rixk and very often messy. There are many different type of trust: living trust, generation skiping trust, dynasty trust, etc... It all depends what you are trying to achieve. If well set up trust can also help in reducing the estate tax (sometime to $0). All depends on the type of trust, your marrital status and the amount of estate that you have. What a trust does is to pass your estate to another family member while you are alive, and while you keep control of your estate (i.e. managing it or benefiting from it). At your death the family member will become the full… [cont.] Answered by crapaudblanc - Fri Oct 12 16:32:23 2007 From Yahoo Answer Search: "living" Instead of suburban sprawl, let's embrace townhouse living
